Returns & Exchanges

At CHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
